Can your PMS get worse when you are around other women who have PMS?

I have heard that PMS can be more severe when you are around other women who have PMS. Something about the pheremones maybe. For the past few months my PMS is getting worse and I am around my friend who says she has always had severe PMS. Is severe PMS contagious? Does anyone know anything about this?

PMS is something girls get before they have their period, In no way shape or form is this disease contagious in any way and if it is then I’d like to know how as well
no. however, as you know, when you get a bunch of cranky people together or even just one cranky person gets around others, it rubs off. one person starts complaining, and then before you know it, everyone is pissy.
