I get kind of bad PMS every month and end up taking it out on my friends and bf. I always feel like they’re pests and want them out of my life, until a day or two later when I’m back to normal again. This is worrying me because I’m afraid of doing something I’ll regret while PMSing, such as saying something hurtful to someone and having them get angry. What can I do?

No prescription drugs or anything like that please.
