How can I relieve my physical and emotional PMS symptoms?
m&m asked: I am going to a party tomorrow and I’m afraid my PMS symptoms will keep me from having fun. I have horrible cramps. PMS also makes me get angry easily, depressed, and in an overall bad mood. I really don’t want to ruin my night (or someone else’s) because of my irate behavior.

How long are PMS symptoms supposed to last?
allison ivy asked: So I dont get my period very often, it is very irregular. How long do PMS symptoms usually last? I have had my period for around 7 days now! I still feel fat and tired, my stomach wont **** in and my ******* are still in pain :/ Could there be another reason for these symptoms? Is this normal to continue throughout my period and for so long?
