I always diet really well for about two weeks, and then I start to PMS and it all goes to hell. I binge like a madwoman. First, I tell myself, “I am only going to binge for a few days, then I’ll go back on my diet,” but by the end of those few days I am discouraged and depressed and I abandon my original diet.
How can I diet through PMS?

The last week of June(24), I started having cramping and backaches along with discharge. I went to the Dr on the 2nd of July and she said I had ovulated. I had *** on Sat(June 30) using the pull out method. She said I could be pregnant or I should start. How long after those signs did you start your period. I have nausea, but is that a sign of pms.My periods aren’t regular. The last one I had was Nov 04. I found out I was pregnant Jan 05. I had my IUD removed in April. I took a pregnancy test July 5th. It was neg. Was that too soon?

Three-part question. 1) Are there other women who bloat a week to ten days before their menstrual cycle? 2) What can I take or do that will prevent the pms hunger cravings and other symptoms? 3) What can I do to get rid of bloating?

What is the difference between PMS and Ovulation?

I never really knew the difference, so I was wondering what the difference was between PMS and Ovulation. I thought that PMS was when you had your period, but it stands for ‘Pre-menstrual’ so that means it is before you get your period? I am confused because I thought that was what ovulation was.
