I am constantly told eat better, get more sleep and relax. I have found this both difficult and ineffective. My most hated PMS symptoms are inability to sleep or concentrate, emotion meltdowns and cramps. Right before my last math exam i couldnt sleep then i broke down crying for no reason right before entering the room and then sat there unable to focus on the page and only ended up answering half the questions. I will fail high school at this rate. Does the pill help with these symptoms? If not what medication will help?

Usually I just get really moody a week before AF but this month I have really sore, slighty swollen ******* (started 7 DPO) and no moodiness. I’ve been more tired than usual but I’m just getting a cold so that might explain that. AF is due 2/15. I’m thinking I’m pregnant but a friend of mine says that it’s normal for PMS symptoms to change every month. Any thoughts ladies?

From the 22nd through the 26th there was unprotected ***. As stated above, I’d usually have started having at least a tender chest right now, and theres nothing.

So, can a lack of usual PMS symptoms indicate pregnancy?

Somehow, I seem to always take things out on my boyfriend. Like if he doesn’t give me the attention I want I get mad about it. I dont want to take anti depressants. I took Paxil for a year and it wrecked my life when I came off it. But this PMS is unbearable.

I do take a womans multivitamin, and fish oil.
