If so, which birth control pill is the best for getting rid of bloating and gas during PMS?

jillian asked:

I haven’t experienced PMS, just wondering how old a female is when it starts.

I noticed mine. I know they are always there only I noticed they are a little bigger. Kind of like something bit me but I know thats not what it is. Anyway, I just wanted to know if there is a difference between what they look like in early pregnancy verses pms. I am only day late. I don’t want to be pregnant (tubes are tied) I am hoping I am just paranoid

I have been having PMS symptoms like feeling really tired, sleepy, and really moody, but still no period, I have been noticing that my period has been a few days late each month, ever since I got the Mirena IUD out.

nebula asked:

I am so god damned angry and there is no logical reason. I know its PMS, but knowing that is not helping. I am in such a foul mood that I just want to beat the **** out of anyone who looks at me. How do I get through the day at work without snapping?
Somehow I don’t think planning a dr.s appt is going to help me today. And besides, I don’t have insurance, so prescription drugs are sort of out of my budget.

It seems like I experience an automatic sharp lower abdomen pain every month, usually before period starting. I’m wondering if it’s PMS or something else. Are different kinds of abdomen pain when it comes to PMS?
