How do you deal with your PMS?
nebula asked: I am so god damned angry and there is no logical reason. I know its PMS, but knowing that is not helping. I am in such a foul mood that I just want to beat the **** out of anyone who looks at me. How do I get through the day at work without snapping? Somehow I don’t think planning a dr.s appt is going to help me today. And besides, I don’t have insurance, so prescription drugs are sort of out of my budget.
Why would I have pms right after my period?

Do you get pms while your on your period?
