Can you PMS during your period?
I know it’s called Premenstrual syndrome, but i feel like i only get the symptoms during my period.
How do you decrease or prevent period pains?
Sometimes I get really severe period pains. Taking two panadols sometimes doesn’t even help. Does it have anything to do with my lifestyle factors?
