Do you get pms while your on your period?

I remember my period was really heavy for a few days and i had a bad headace with it for a few days. How long does pms last while your on your period? Was this the cause of pms? Thanks for the answers!

    PMS usually happens a week or so before your period. The “P” stands for “pre.”

    If you’re period was heavy only once and the headache only happened once, I wouldn’t stress that. If it’s every period, then you need to go to your gyno and discuss that with her/him.

    Hormones cause the PMS and the more severe PMDD.

    PMS means: pre menstrual syndrome. The symptoms are before you get your period. Basically your body tells you to take it a little easier and slow down. Not easy in our culture. The cause is the change of hormones. PMS symptoms are many like mood swings, bloating migraines…and many others.     Its probably just symptoms from your period. I get headaces too.
