Does anyone know of natural and affordable home remedies to cure or ease PMS?

I don’t like to take medicine, and nor do I like to go to doctors unless it’s a necessity. I don’t have insurance at the moment, and a doctor’s visit is truly out of the question. I have been getting pretty bad pms that causes me to become very depressed and irritable. Help would be appreciated. I **** upsetting people, especially my wonderful husband!
