I don't have to fake it. I try hard not to let it interfere with the things I have to do. I don't fake things in order to get out of doing them. I'm actually pretty tough when it comes to pain. I can't believe people actually do that. If they do, they probably are in the habit of trying to get out of unpleasant things and using whatever convenient "excuse" they can think of at the time....some people are quite comfortable doing that.
