Brigitte asked:
I always diet really well for about two weeks, and then I start to PMS and it all goes to hell. I binge like a madwoman. First, I tell myself, “I am only going to binge for a few days, then I’ll go back on my diet,” but by the end of those few days I am discouraged and depressed and I abandon my original diet.
How can I diet through PMS?

Take Hydroxycut hardcore
I think you might be better off allowing yourself 1 small treat a day until you wean off the sugar or junk
PMS is the one time where you can allow yourself that something extra. So instead of telling yourself you can’t have it, tell yourself you can, within reason. This way you might not binge because you aren’t denying yourself in the first place.
And if you overdo it, don’t get depressed, just go back to eating properly. Everyone stumbles, the goal is to pick yourself back up!
Do not resort to pills and other junk like that. We as a society have become much to reliant on quick fixes that cause more problems in the long run!
Eat really sour pickles
First of all, binging’s BAD is makes your body think it’s starving naturally, and it hangs on to every pound it’s got. Also, it slows down your metabolism. the best way to lose weight, is to eat in moderation, give yourself a treat once in a while for all your hard work. also strength training helps. i’m not talking about heavy, 50 pound weights im talkins about sit-ups, or the Ab-lounge, also yoga, or resistance bands, even just getting outside walking or dancing helps too.
One piece of advice I’ve heard that sounded good: listen to your body. When you’re feeling like crap, it’s easy to decide to give yourself treats – instead, ask this: does your digestion need them? Are you hungrier than you should be, this time of day?
You know you can do it, because you *have* done it when you’re not PMSing. So learn what your body says when it needs food and when it doesn’t, and listen.
