I am going to a party tomorrow and I’m afraid my PMS symptoms will keep me from having fun. I have horrible cramps. PMS also makes me get angry easily, depressed, and in an overall bad mood. I really don’t want to ruin my night (or someone else’s) because of my irate behavior.

Ask your pharmacist, there are many over the counter meds for your problems.
its all because of the crappy way this world lives. processed foods and lack of exercise..etc are the causes of PMS. PMS is not natural!
there are a million things you can do for PMS. the real thing you do is change your lifestyle. a lot of exercise helps!!! some women athletes get their period every 6 months.
but since you dont want to change your lifestyle… or you cant in that short time…i have another solution.
green tea is suppose to put you in a good mood. i drink green tea if i think im going to get my period. chai green tea tastes worse, but it is so worth it. i am in a good mood all day.
why dont you drink some green tea tonight and then drink some in the morning, and before the party.
