I am so god damned angry and there is no logical reason. I know its PMS, but knowing that is not helping. I am in such a foul mood that I just want to beat the **** out of anyone who looks at me. How do I get through the day at work without snapping?
Somehow I don’t think planning a dr.s appt is going to help me today. And besides, I don’t have insurance, so prescription drugs are sort of out of my budget.

    eat bananas weekly to help reduce cramping and mood swings.

    CHOCLATE CHOCLATE AND MORE CHOCLATE.i also take a birth control called yaz that helps make my period lighter and my pms less.
