How do you start fresh – after pigging out for days because of pms?

I’m sick of pigging out and I need some ideas on how to start fresh tomorrow morning and stop the pigging out!!! (pms time is over!)

    Eat something within an hour or two of waking up to stimulate your metabolism. Try some cereal with fruit (especially bananas – a good source of potassium and fiber; and strawberries, a good source of vitamin C) and milk (calcium) to get you in the healthy mood!

    Even some moderate exercise in the morning for a half hour or so such as jogging can help bring more blood to your brain and release endorphins, which make you feel happier.

    Try to feed your cravings with healthier things, like craving carbs,try bananas. Or sugar try fruit.just try healthier altenratives since you can’t get rid of cravings lol. and excerszing will help a little bit.It might reduce your cravings and stimulate your metabolism. good luck.the pains of being a girl,lol!
