The symptoms can last all you life or until menopause and then menopause is a pain in the ****. But the doctors have many things that can help. Next time your at your GYN’s ask about treats for PMS and PMDD. Good Luck and I hope you feel better soon.

I always thought it was about five days before you have it, not during your period.

I have some what of the same problem, the symptoms vary from person to person, you just have to eventually figure out a pattern for yourself. Eventually everything should regulate.
