PMS is pre-menstrual syndrome and not all women experience it when they have their period. Its a combination of feeling irritable, bloated, and emotional mood swings. When you get your period hopefully u wont have pms, but some women do.

Not ever girl suffers from PMS. and there’s no certain age for it to start. it usually starts along with your period. however you may get it once in awhile if your stressed and what not.

you can be any age from 9-16. some have been known to start at the age of 5. if yours doesn’t start by the age of 18, you should see a doctor. i started mine when i was 11.
