I get moody, and sensitive, Emotional, depressed and sometimes I over react to things… What can I do to help calm myself? Because when I feel this way everyone is affected by my moods. If its not my family its work or even my boyfriend… And I dont want to chase my boyfriend away because of how I react when I PMS. And I dont like the way I feel during this time either. Please help me…
