		<description>Exercise.  Try it, when you feel really stressed, go for a walk (take the dog too and you will be the hero), take an exercise class.  I usually then feel like the stress is gone and I feel good because I exercised and survived.  I take a kick boxing class, and anyone who irritates me gets their **** kicked for an hour (if only in my imagination, but thats ok).</description>

		<description>I found that over the counter meds work.  Reducing coffee also helps.  Doing some workouts and staying away from stressful situations.  Not eating too much fatty foods also assist.</description>

		<description>Your doc can help you.  PMS does ****.  I&#039;m just like that but my doctor wanted to put me on all these anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds.  I was like - no thanks,I&#039;ll just deal with it for the few days.</description>
